GIRO payment for SP Services

(1/2) > >>

Huat Huat:
I received a Red Letter (Reminder) yesterday from SP Services
saying that I have overdue payment. But I use GIRO to pay so today i
called up the staff and asked.. then she said that they have tried to attempt
to deduct the amount from my account 1 time. then unsuccessful.. so sent out
a reminder (charging 50cts for my late payment) to me.
I question why they don't do a 2nd attempt because either insufficient fund
on that very day or transaction problem... but the staff just replied.. usually
they tried to attempt 1 time.. if unsuccessful.. that's it.
I'm pretty upset about it...  :realmad:
Is that the way they want to earn some extra for their bonus??!!!

red red:
you may wish to call the agent bank to find out what happened
