Hi all ! Coming this May/June, my wife and I will be moving into Edgedale Green (632A). And with our baby boy too Smiley

we've already booked the flat and paid the option fee on the 26 feb. still waiting to sign the lease and collect the keys. the hdb officer said 3 months plus or minus. hopefully there won't be any delaying.
anybody here bought thru balance flat sales too?
