I think once you bid.. you get a queue no, it doesnt matter. As the selection will go by the queue no. you can only wish that those infront of you give up. isnt it? Cos during bid the difference is on the chances you will be allocated. .. Hmm not sure if im correct. |

for what i know is that, those 2nd timer, no matter what is their queue number, once their 5% is up, those r behind, will not be able to get at all.
eg 400 for this bto, 5% of it will be 20. means once there is more than 20 2nd timer that take the housing, the rest of the 2nd timer will not be able to apply the house.

hmm.. i think it depends, if ur first hse is bought frm open market, den u are still consider 1st timer if u purchase frm HDB for ur 2nd hse.. if ur 1st hse is bought frm HDB, den u r consider 2nd timer if u buy frm HDB again.. if i nv rem wrongly, dis is my info i heard frm HDB last time.. as nw i have an existing flat too but is only under my hubby name and dis flat is previously bought frm e open market by my MIL.. so nw when my hubby n mi apply for dis BTO sails, we are still consider first timers.. |
