i am living at 128A and occasionally we encounter shoe rack vandals.
The mysterious vandals will place a pair of slippers on the ledge of the corridor railings in separate areas.....
We even had our entire shoe rack moved to another location on same floor...
this did not happen just to us but our neighbour on the left as well....

anyone else have this issue?

huh, what the hell..this person really got nothing better to do man! have u considered not placing shoes outside the house? bet it's very frustrating leh, to keep having to play games with this vandal. could it be some kids playing pranks?
