So can share what is the reason you selected 170B? haha.. actually hor my 1st choice is Blk170C unit#17-695, 2nd choice is Blk169A unit#17-689, because for these 2 blocks at level 17 and 18 only got 2 units nia, can have more privacy and by looking at the floor plan, maybe possible to buy the space at access balcony in front the main door (i think only lar). Then when come my turn these 2 units already kanna taken by people liao, and level 16 and 15 also being taken. So look at the site plan and 3D model again, me and my gf decided to pick an unit at Blk 170B, factors that we consider are it is not facing the direction where the sun setting, and in front of it are those lower level building, eg like temple, medical centre ==> not so likely to be blocked for a few year ba, hopefully  , and got "mountain and water" (a small "hill" piled up by.... heiheihei... and a canal), haha.. *(heard that hill is actually a 垃圾山 but that is a couple of years back already.) How abt u? |

me also aimed at high floor but no more when it comes to my turn, I choose mid floor inner facing as we prefer quiteness (main road traffic can be quite nosy). Also 170B's 5r having "better" space with opposite block(almost 100 metres on map  ), I would have chosen 170A higher floor if it is not too close to sundail flat). |
