i see from the map...punggol left a little space for BTO already. This BTO not so bad as it still got punggol plaza. Upcoming BTOs maybe all dun haf coz near to lrt and mrt all BTO already over. ONLY left with residences which i think is very difficult to get. Prices will be highest also.
still alot of space leh, waterfront housing not yet out I heard waterfront housing mostly will be condo. |

the Nautilus is building in a ready neighbour, means that the facilities etc are already in place. my fren stays near there, & there is the punggol plaza nearby & LRT, so it is quite convenient too |
